10. Civil law obligations

Liability:

Aesthetic Brands GmbH is not liable for the safety, reliability and performance of the NeedlingPen Aesthetic CONTROL for commercial use if:

• no training has been carried out by the manufacturer or an authorized dealer.

• the electrical system of the room in which the NeedlingPen is installed does not comply with the applicable laws, the country's safety regulations and European standards;

• the device is not used in accordance with the instructions, recommendations and warnings contained in this manual.

Aesthetic Brands GmbH accepts no liability for personal injury or damage to property resulting from unauthorized tampering with the device, lack of or inadequate maintenance, or failure to comply with the instructions contained in this manual.

Under no circumstances can Aesthetic Brands GmbH be held liable for loss of earnings caused by a defective device.
