The NeedlingPen is switched on by pressing the power button. The device has a safety feature to prevent use by untrained and/or unauthorized persons. To turn the device on, the button must be pressed for at least 3 seconds. Briefly pressing the button again increases the speed of the device. To turn the device off again, the power button must be pressed again for 3 seconds.
